From the East




	Greetings Brethren: Our October regular meeting was our annual Step-Up Night and the members witnessed a Third Degree conferred by our Senior Warden Bro. Donald Page and his prospective Officers. The work was excellent. Congratulations Bro. Steve Harris on becoming a Master Mason and to all the brethren for a very fine degree. Our October emergent meeting brought us our two newest members in Bro. Kevin Gilroy and Bro. John Spink. Welcome to the Craft and Jerusalem Lodge in particular. Special thanks to all who participated in the Breakfast Banquet and to the work in the Entered Apprentice Degree. Applefest brought us an Open House on the 14th that was well attended with many visitors through the Lodge. We generated great interest in Masonry and we'll see what comes from the event. Thanks to the Brethren who took part. The signs we had made were very well received. At our November meeting we will be having our Memorial Service and holding our annual elections. This is one of the important nights in our Masonic year, and I urge you to attend and show your support for your Brethren who commit their efforts so strongly not only for our Lodge, but for the good of Masonry in general. Remember it's your duty to cast your ballot. To the shut-in I wish you well and to all the brethren, I thank you for your support.
