From the East




		Greetings Brethren: My Brethren of Jerusalem Lodge, as this is my last message from the East, I would like to thank everyone for their support during my year as Worshipful Master. It was very enjoyable to have served as Master and will continue to be a highlight for me in the coming years, as Jerusalem Lodge is and always will be great to be part of. The youth sport sponsoring we have done the past few years looks to continue as it has already done what it set out to do, get our name out into the community. I thank those Brethren who made it happen. Jerusalem Lodge No. 31 has been noticed on the outside. The Open Houses have added to the events we have undertook and my thanks go out to all who participated or helped out. The Santa Clause Parade is always fun to do and special thanks to Bro. Blair Smyth and his team for the time they put in. To make it all the more fun, lets give him more support to keep it going next year. Last month was very good to see the many Veterans of W.W.II, still active in our Lodge, participate in our Annual Memorial Service. Great to see the Brethren! Looking younger every year! The evening continued with our annual election and Congratulations! Bro. Donald Page, Master Elect and your Officers for the ensuing year. With your Officers, you will have a fine year in the East and I wish you all the best. This is a great Lodge and will be supportive to you all the way. Brethren, W.Bro. Chris Mueller will be our Installing Master for the evening and I wish him and the Installing Board well. Lend him any assistance he may ask of you. We are expecting a large turnout so please let the Junior Warden know if you can also make it to the Banquet. I'm looking forward to a great evening. In closing my Brethren and once again, thanks for a great year. To the shut-in, may the M.H. ever guide you in his ways.
